Morgan has spent a decade working with nonprofits and foundations to improve access to healthcare and education for vulnerable populations. She is driven by a passion for reproductive justice, gender equity, and locally-led solutions. Prior to joining Optio, she was a strategy consultant at Camber Collective, contributing to key client projects in global health and economic mobility, including the 2023 Women’s Health Innovation Opportunity Map. She also led operations and managed reproductive health medicines research for OASIS, where she first contributed to Optio’s work. Morgan received her Master of Public Health in Health and Social Behavior from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she concentrated in Maternal and Child Health. Morgan also holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Boston College.
