Optio has a team-based organizational structure. Each staff member contributes to programs and operations across the organization as both leads and support members on projects. Our Executive Team, composed of program directors, provides strategic and operational leadership to the organization, setting goals, developing strategies and ensuring that these strategies are executed effectively.
