Giant Mandalas: “No Guilt, No Apologies”

Optio was invited by Somos Muchas to participate in the seventh National Meeting for the Right to Decide, titled this year as  “Honduras in Women’s Key,” held on September 28 at the Spanish Cultural Center in Tegucigalpa (CCET). Events were held as part of the Global Day of Action for Access to Safe and Legal Abortion (#28S).

Optio led an activity to amplify support for the decriminalization of abortion in Honduras through the creation of giant mandalas. The mandalas brought women together in self expression and solidarity.
