Before joining Optio’s team, Ericka worked for several women’s rights organizations in Honduras, including el Centro de Derechos de Mujeres, the European Union, the Spotlight Initiative, UNFPA, Cattrachas, Red Nacional de Defensoras, Movement for Diversity Rights, and the Canadian Government.
